摘 要:随着国家"一带一路"战略构想的提出,中国可能存在与周边国家跨国联网、跨区联网和国内远距离输电的情况。基于提升输电能力和节省输电走廊的考虑,有必要开展是否提高特高压直流电压等级的前期论证。该文在±800kV和±1100kV直流输电技术的基础上,研究了主接线设计、过电压与绝缘配合、外绝缘特性、电磁环境和雷电防护等关键技术在电压等级提升到±1500kV、±1650kV两个备选电压等级后面临的问题,并对换流变压器等关键设备的制造可行性进行了分析。研究结果可为未来输电工程的电压等级选择提供技术支撑。With China’s "one belt, one road" strategic vision put forward, China may have multinational networking, cross-regional networking with neighboring countries and domestic long-distance transmission. Based on the consideration of improving transmission capacity and saving transmission corridor, it is necessary to carry out the preliminary demonstration on whether to improve the voltage level of UHV DC. Based on ±800 kV and ±1100 kV DC transmission technology, researches were carried out in this paper on the key technologies such as main electric connection designs, overvoltage and insulation coordination, external insulation characteristics, electromagnetic environment and lightning protection when the voltage level raised to ±1500 kV and ±1650 kV. The manufacturing feasibility of key equipments such as converter transformers was analyzed. It will provide the technical support for the voltage level selection of future transmission projects.
