摘  要:以不同亚乙氧基(ethylene oxyl,EO)单元数的壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚和丙烯酸为原料,合成了丙烯酸酯单体1a^1d,并与丙烯酸和2丙烯酰胺基2甲基丙磺酸共聚形成聚合物PAAN1~PAAN4。研究结果显示,这些聚合物具有较好的热稳定性、耐温抗剪切性和较高的表面活性,能与稠油形成稳定的乳液,对稠油的降黏率为65.8%~78.0%,其中,含有10个EO单元的PAAN2对稠油的降黏率最高,达到了78.0%。The acrylate monomers 1a 1d were synthesized from nonylphenyloxy polythylene glycol with different numbers of ethylene oxyl(EO)units and acrylic acid,and copolymerized with acrylic acid and 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid to form polymers PAAN1-PAAN4.The results show that these polymers have good thermal stability,heat and shear resistance as well as surface activities.The sample of heavy oil can be emulsified by these polymers and the reduction rates of viscosity are at the range of 65.8%78.0%,and PAAN2 with 10 EO unites gives the highest viscosity reduction rate of 78.0%.
