摘  要:着重研究静电纺丝射流鞭打的物理模型,即溶剂挥发与蒸汽压差、流量、射流直径和总长度之间的物理模型,分析溶剂挥发速率和相对湿度对纤维直径的影响;采用Jeffreys模型和Voigt模型分别描述不稳定段开始端和末端的黏弹性模型;构建不稳定段动力学模型并得出耦合控制方程,对静电纺丝工艺开发具有一定的理论指导意义。The physical model of electrospinning jet whipping was studied,which was the physical model between solvent volatilization and vapor pressure difference,flow rate,jet diameter and total length.The effects of solvent volatilization rate and relative humidity on fiber diameter were analyzed.The Jeffreys model and Voigt model were used to describe the viscoelastic model of the beginning and end of the unstable segment respectively.The dynamic model of the unstable segment is constructed and the coupling control equation is obtained,which has certain theoretical guiding significance for the development of the electrospinning process.
