消费与经济同步增长的机理分析与国际比较

摘　　要：经济增长新常态强调经济增长的质量、效益和可持续性。消费是经济增长的目的,更是实现人的全面发展的手段,它与生产的相互支撑、相互制约和相互推动构成经济增长的动力。所以,把消费增长和经济增长联系在一起并作关联性的考察,才能对经济增长的质量和效益做出准确的评估。经济与消费同步增长状态关乎一个经济体经济增长的质量和效益。通过分析和比较发现,同步增长状态存在地区差异,同步程度越高,经济增长的质量和效益越优。基于灰色系统理论,我们计算了9个国家消费与经济发展的同步指数,结果表明中国经济增长与消费增长的同步程度与发达国家存在不小差距,而提升同步程度的关键在于充分发挥市场机制的资源配置功能、提高劳动收入占比和坚持消费需求的导向作用。The new normal of economic growth emphasizes the quality,efficiency and sustainability of economic growth.Consumption is not only the purpose of economic growth,but also the means to realize the all-round development of human beings.The mutual support,restriction and promotion between consumption and production constitute the driving force of economic growth.Therefore,the quality and efficiency of economic growth can be accurately evaluated only by connecting consumption growth with economic growth and making relevant inspection.The synchronous growth of economy and consumption is related to the quality and efficiency of economic growth of an economy.Through analysis and comparison,this paper finds that there are regional differences in the state of synchronous growth.The higher the degree of synchronization,the better the quality and efficiency of economic growth.Based on the grey system theory,we calculate the synchronization index of consumption and economic development in nine countries.The results show that there is a big gap between the synchronication degree of China's economic growth and consumption growth and that of developed countries.The key to improve the degree of synchronization lies in giving full play to the resource allocation function of market mechanism,increasing the proportion of labor income and adhering to the guiding role of consumption demand.
