摘 要:文中以某750kV变电站内750kV变压器为原型,通过有限元软件ANSYS对750kV变压器采用基础隔震前后的地震响应进行弹塑性时程分析。对比750kV变压器隔震前后地震作用下的基底剪力以及顶部套管的加速度可知,隔震前套管顶部放大系数最大为4.15。采用基础隔震后,套管顶部放大系数最小减小到0.50,设备本体平均减震效率不低于60%,套管平均减震效率不低于80%,隔震对750kV变压器加速度响应有较好的控制效果,设备安全裕度大大增强。The paper carried out the seismic response analysis of elastoplastic time history by the finite element software ANSYS before and after base isolation,based on 750kv transformer in the 750kv substation.Comparing the base shear force and the acceleration of the top bushing before and after isolation,the maximum amplification factor at the top of bushing is 4.15 before isolation.After base isolation,the minimum amplification factor at the top of bushing is reduced to 0.50,the average damping efficiency of equipment body is not less than 60%,and the average damping efficiency at the top of bushing is not less than 80%.Seismic isolation achieves the better control effect on acceleration response of 750kV transformerand the safety margin of transformer is greatly enhanced.
