摘 要:装配式轨顶风道可以很好地解决轨顶风道施工质量控制难题。为探明装配式轨顶风道钢筋套筒灌浆连接节点的力学性能,文中以宁波市庙堰站装配式轨顶风道项目为研究对象,依据工程特点设计了轨顶风道灌浆套筒连接方式,并对该设计节点进行了连接强度计算和力学性能试验研究。研究结果表明,设计的灌浆套筒连接方式破坏模式均为钢筋拉断,破坏时钢筋与灌浆料、套筒与现浇混凝土的相对位移均很小,可以满足工程需要。文中的研究结果为装配式预制轨顶风道的应用提供了科学依据。The assembled rail top air duct can solve the construction quality control problem of the air duct well.In order to explore the mechanical properties of the reinforced sleeve grouting joint of the assembled rail top air duct,this paper took the project of the assembled rail top air duct of Ningbo Miaoyan station as the research object.According to the characteristics of the project,this paper designed the connection mode of the grouting sleeve of the air duct,and carried on the connection strength calculation and the mechanical property test research of the design joint.The results has shown that the designed failure modes of grouting sleeve connection designed in this paper are all reinforcement pulling,and the relative displacements of steel bar and grouting material,sleeve and cast-in-place concrete are very small during the failure,which can meet the engineering needs.The research results of this paper provide a scientific basis for the application of assembled rail top air duct.
