摘　　要：在高等教育高质量发展的阶段,供给侧改革提出了人才培养的新思路和新要求。在供给侧改革与高等教育高质量发展的相互影响下,针对供给侧改革背景下高等教育人才培养现状,从实际出发,认真思考高校人才培养的根本问题,办中国特色社会主义教育,坚持立德树人的根本任务,培养社会主义建设者和接班人,探索供给侧的人才培养高质量发展路径,来满足教育强国的需要和经济社会发展的需要。At the stage of high-quality development of higher education,supply-side reforms bring forward new ideas and new requirements for talent training.Under the mutual influence of the supply-side reform and the high-quality development of higher education,in view of the current situation of higher education talent training under the background of the supply-side reform,we should carefully consider the fundamental issues of talent training in universities,namely,who to train,how to train them,and for whom trains them.We should conduct socialist education with Chinese characteristics,adhere to the fundamental task of cultivating socialist builders and successors,and explore high-quality development path of the supply-side talent training to meet the needs of an educational power and economic and social development.
