摘  要:为研究过饱和工质节流压降对旋风分离器效率的影响,以水和空气为工质,搭建了旋风分离器效率测试实验系统,使用冷干机和空气调节系统来实现工质进口条件的控制,同时独立使用稳压罐保证雾化效果,系统地测试了不同进口条件和环境条件下旋风分离器效率。实验结果表明:通过对过饱和工质节流可以有效提升旋风分离器的分离效率,适用于常温或较高温度两相工质的分离,实验工况下,节流压降提升35.8 kPa时,分离效率提升可达1.8%;节流后工质温度的回升会明显降低气液旋风分离器的分离效果,因此需对节流后旋风分离器进行部分或完全隔热处理。In order to study the effect of the throttling pressure drop of the supersaturated working fluid on the efficiency of the cyclone separator,a cyclone separator efficiency test experiment system using water and air as the working fluid is set up in this paper.The inlet condition of working fluid is controlled by lyophilizer and air conditioning system,the tank regulator is used independently to ensure the atomization effect,and the efficiency of cyclone separator under different inlet conditions and environment conditions is systematically tested.The experiment results show that throttling the supersaturated working fluid can effectively improve the separation efficiency of cyclone separator,which is suitable for the separation of two-phase working fluid at normal temperature or higher temperature.In the experiment conditions,separation efficiency can be increased up to 1.8%with the throttling pressure drop being increased by 35.8 kPa.The rise of working fluid temperature after throttling will significantly reduce the separation effect of gas-liquid cyclone separator,so it is necessary to partially or completely insulate the cyclone separator after throttling.
