摘 要:为了解决松软煤层钻孔易塌孔的问题,从利用泡沫混凝土支护钻孔孔壁角度,以5组不同水灰比为试验变量,研究了水灰比对泡沫混凝土性能的影响,分析了水灰比与泡沫混凝土抗压强度和连通孔隙率之间的关系.结果表明:改变水灰比对泡沫混凝土的抗压强度和孔隙率均有较大影响,随着水灰比的降低,抗压强度和孔隙率均呈增加趋势,其中水灰比为1.5时三天抗压强度为0.58 MPa、连通孔隙率为47.66%;水灰比为0.5时三天抗压强度为2.27 MPa、连通孔隙率为59.81%.对比各组试验,发现钻孔护孔泡沫混凝土的最佳水灰比为0.5.In order to solve the problem of hole collapse in soft coal seam,this paper,from the view of foam concrete as the support materials for drill holes,set up five different water-to-cement ratios as experimental variables to study the effect of water-to-cement ratio on the properties of foam concrete and analyze the relations between the water-to-cement ratio and the compressive strength and the connected porosity of foam concrete.The results showed that changing the water-to-cement ratio has a great impact on the compressive strength and connected porosity of foam concrete.Compressive strength and connected porosity increase as the water-to-cement ratio decreases.When the water-to-cement ratio is 1.5,compressive strength in three day maintenance period and connected porosity are 0.58 MPa and 47.66%respectively;when the water-to-cement ratio is 0.5,compressive strength in three day maintenance period and connected porosity are 2.27MPa and 59.81%respectively.A comparison of different groups showed that the optimal water-to-cement ratio of foam concrete for drill holes is 0.5.
