贫困大学生负性生活事件与抑郁:缺陷感、社交回避及苦恼的中介效应

摘　　要：为了考察缺陷感和社交回避及苦恼在负性生活事件和抑郁间的中介作用,给贫困大学生心理健康教育提供依据,本文使用青少年生活事件量表(ASLEC)、缺陷感量表(FIS)、社交回避及苦恼量表(SAD)、自评抑郁量表(SDS)等对整群随机抽样的浙江某高校的437位贫困大学生进行测试.结果表明:贫困大学生负性生活事件与缺陷感、社交回避及苦恼间存在正相关,缺陷感与社交回避及苦恼间呈正相关,抑郁症状与负性生活事件、缺陷感、社交回避及苦恼均呈正相关;负性生活事件主要通过3条路径影响贫困生的抑郁,即负性生活事件可直接作用于抑郁症状,缺陷感可独立地中介负性生活事件与抑郁症状的关系,缺陷感与社交回避及苦恼在负性生活事件与抑郁症状间起链式中介效应.因此,贫困大学生抑郁心理不仅受到负性生活事件的直接影响,还受到缺陷感、社交回避及苦恼的间接影响,对贫困大学生心理健康的帮扶不能简单止于物质方面的帮助,更重要的是要帮助他们提升自我心理品质,改善他们的社会生存状况.This study,by testing 437 impoverished college students with the Adolescent Self-Rating Life Events Check List(ASLEC),the Feeling of Inadequacy Scale(FIS),the Social Avoidance and Distress Scale(SAD)and the Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),aims to investigate the mediating role of the feelings of inadequacy,social avoidance and distress in negative life events and depression of impoverished college students so as to provide reference for the mental health education of these students.The results showed that:negative life events were positively correlated with the feelings of inadequacy,social avoidance and distress,the feeling of inadequacy was positively correlated with social avoidance and distress,and depression symptoms were positively correlated with negative life events and the feelings of inadequacy,social avoidance and distress;negative life events mainly affected the depression of impoverished college students in three ways:negative life events can directly affect depression symptoms,the feeling of inadequacy can independently mediate the relationship between negative life events and depression,and the feelings of inadequacy,social avoidance and distress acted as a chain mediator between negative life events and depressive symptoms.Thus,it is concluded that the depression of impoverished college students is not only influenced directly by negative life events,but also influenced indirectly by the feelings of deficiency,social avoidance and distress.To build the mental health of the impoverished college students,we should not only help them financially or materially,but also help them to improve their psychological quality and social survival situations.
