摘　　要：综述以针灸为主治疗前列腺疾病的临床研究,发现目前主要以单用毫针、灸法、温针灸、火针、电针、芒针、脐针、穴位注射、穴位埋线、耳穴疗法,或多种针灸疗法结合,或针灸疗法与他法配合进行治疗,均有显著疗效,且未见明显不良反应。但在最佳方案选择方面,缺乏高质量RCT研究。This paper reviews the clinical research on acupuncture and moxibustion treating prostatic diseases which found that the treatment methods include:filiform needle,moxibustion,warm needle,heated needle,electro-acupuncture,elongated needle,umbilicus acupuncture,acupoint injection,catgut implantation at acupoints,auriculo-acupuncture,or combination of other acupuncture therapies,or combination of acupuncture therapy and other treatments.All of the above methods have showed clinical effect and no severe adverse reactions.However,in terms of the optimized method,there still lacks high-quality RCT research.
