生血宁片联合高剂量红细胞生成素治疗肾衰竭期慢性肾病患者肾性贫血的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究生血宁片联合高剂量红细胞生成素治疗肾衰竭期慢性肾病患者肾性贫血的疗效。方法选择2018年1月—2019年3月天津市宝坻区人民医院收治的肾衰竭期慢性肾病肾性贫血患者110例,根据盲抽法将其分为两组,各55例。对照组采用高剂量红细胞生成素治疗,观察组在此基础上加用生血宁片。治疗12周后,对比两组患者临床疗效、贫血相关指标血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞压积(Hct)、血清铁蛋白、转铁蛋白饱和度和不良反应。结果治疗12周后,对照组治疗总有效率为76.36%低于观察组的94.55%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗12周后,两组Hb、Hct、血清铁蛋白、转铁蛋白饱和度均高于治疗前,且对照组低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间,对比两组不良反应发生率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高剂量红细胞生成素联合生血宁片治疗肾衰竭期慢性肾病患者肾性贫血可改善贫血症状,安全性高。Objective To explore the effect of Shengxuening tablet combined with high dose erythropoietin on renal anemia in patients with chronic renal failure.Methods 110 patients with renal anemia in the stage of renal failure from January,2018 to March,2019 in the hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the blind extraction method,with 55 cases in each group.The control group were treated with high dose of erythropoietin,and the observation group were treated with Shengxuening tablet.After 12 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy,anemia related indexes,including hemoglobin(Hb),hematocrit(Hct),serum ferritin and transferrin saturation,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the control group was 76.36%,which was lower than 94.55%of the observation group.The difference was statistically significant.The difference was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion High dose of erythropoietin combined with Shengxuening tablet can improve the symptoms of anemia in patients with chronic renal failure.
