摘 要:目的观察个体强化及集体分享交替教育模式在血透患者高钾血症控制中的应用效果。方法选择2019年1月—12月于江西省兴国县人民医院接受血透治疗且并存高钾血症患者84例作为研究对象,随机等量分为对照组(n=42)和试验组(n=42),对照组接受常规饮食教育,试验组接受个体强化及集体分享交替教育模式干预,对两组干预后的各观察指标进行比较。结果试验组维持性血透病例干预后的饮食知识掌握度、饮食行为依从性评分显著高于对照组,干预后血钾检测值显著低于对照组同类血透病例(P<0.05)。结论采用个体强化及集体分享交替教育模式对血透高钾血症患者实施干预,可显著提高该类患者科学饮食知识掌握度、健康饮食行为依从性,获得较为理想的高钾血症控制效果。Objective To observe the effect of individual reinforcement and collective sharing alternative education model on hyperkalemia in hemodialysis patients.Methods 84 patients for hemodialysis treatment and coexistence of hyperkalemia from January to December,2019 in the hospital were regarded as the research object,and they were divided into experimental group and control group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine health education,and experimental group received intensive individual and collective share alternative education mode intervention.Indexes of two groups were compared.Results Dietary knowledge and dietary behavior compliance scores after maintaining hemodialysis after intervention were significantly higher than the control group,after the intervention of blood potassium detection value was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The individual and collective share education mode through alternating hyperkalemia intervention on blood can significantly improve the master degree of scientific dietary knowledge,and the compliance degree of healthy dietary behavior,and can obtain hyperkalemia ideal control effect.
