消炎颗粒中大黄素的含量测定研究

摘　　要：目的建立测定消炎颗粒中大黄素含量的HPLC方法。方法色谱柱为岛津ODS-3 C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(80∶20),检测波长254 nm,流速1.0 ml/min,柱温40℃。结果大黄素在0.0346~0.4320μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),制剂中大黄素的平均回收率为94.02%,RSD为1.29%(n=6)。结论本法简便准确,重复性好,可用于消炎颗粒中大黄素的含量测定。Objectiv e To establish a method for the determination of emodin in Xiaoyan granulas by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Methods Took inertsil ODS-3(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)as the chromatographic separation the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid(80:20),the detection wavelength was 254 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,and the column temperature was at 40℃.Results The linear range of emodin was 0.0346-0.4320μg(r=0.9999).The average recovery was 94.02%(RSD=1.29%,n=6).Conclusions This method is simple,accurate,which could be used repeatedly and can be used as the emodin determination method for Xiaoyan granulas.
