新时代中国与阿根廷农产品贸易合作发展的机遇、挑战与前景

摘　　要：1972年2月19日,中国与阿根廷正式建交。之后,两国政治关系发展平稳,经贸合作发展卓有成效。2004年,两国宣布确立战略伙伴关系;2014年,两国关系再次提升为"全面战略伙伴关系"。2001—2019年,两国农产品贸易持续增长,地位攀升,互补性增强,但仍存在以下主要问题:总体贸易规模偏小且发展缺乏平稳性,产品种类单一且相对集中,农业投资不足且层次低下。新时代,中、阿两国以"一带一路"倡议为合作平台,增进政治战略互信,秉持"共商,共建,共享"原则,推进农业领域"五通建设",推动两国农业发展规划良性对接,拓宽领域,升级层次,完善产业链,提升贸易自由化与便利化水平,完善交通基础设施,实现双边农产品贸易可持续健康发展,增进国家利益与人民福祉,携手共筑"中阿命运共同体"。China and Argentina established formal diplomatic relations on February 19, 1972. The political relations are stable and friendly;economic cooperation and trade is quite fruitful. The two countries established strategic partnership in 2004, and established comprehensive strategic partnership in 2014. From 2001-2019, bilateral agricultural trade continued to grow, rose in significance, and became more complementary. However, there are still a number of problems: small scale of overall trade and uneven development, single and relatively concentrated product range, and insufficient and low level of investment in agriculture. In the new era, China and Argentina will take advantage of the Belt and Road Initiative as a platform for cooperation, enhance political and strategic mutual trust, uphold the principle of "common consultation, common construction and common sharing", promote the "five links" in the agricultural sector, promote the healthy integration of the agricultural development plans of the two countries, expand areas of cooperation, upgrade levels, build a full industrial chain, raise the level of trade liberalization and facilitation, improve interconnected transport infrastructure, realize the sustainable and healthy development of bilateral agricultural trade, enhance national interests and the well-being of the people, and join hands to build a "community with a shared future for China and Argentina".
