摘　　要：定期组织社区卫生服务中心和眼病防治机构工作人员规范开展糖尿病眼病综合防治服务培训是确保社区糖尿病患者获得有效的眼健康管理,糖尿病眼部并发症得以早发现、早诊断、早治疗的有效保障。目前,国内较少关于社区糖尿病眼病综合防治服务相关的培训规范。本规范立足于上海地区各级眼病防治机构、社区卫生服务中心前期开展的糖尿病眼病综合防治服务实践,介绍了培训对象、培训师资、培训方式、培训内容及培训效果评估,重点就社区在实施开展糖尿病眼部并发症筛查与分类管理服务中碰到的常见和关键性问题进行了详细阐述。不仅适用于各地区开展糖尿病眼病综合防治服务培训,也为各地实施糖尿病患者眼健康管理提供参考。The staff of the community health service centers and eye disease prevention and control institutions are regularly organized to carry out standardized training on comprehensive prevention and treatment of diabetic eye disease,which is to ensure the effective eye health management for diabetic patients in the community,and effective guarantee for early detection,diagnosis and treatment of diabetic ocular complications.At present,there are few training standards related to community comprehensive prevention and treatment services for diabetic eye disease in China.Based on the comprehensive prevention and treatment service practice of diabetic eye disease carried out by the eye disease prevention and treatment institutions at all levels and community health service centers in Shanghai,this standard introduces the training object,training teacher,training method,training content and training effect evaluation,and focuses on the common and key problems encountered by the community in the implementation of diabetes eye complication screening and classification management services.It is not only applicable to the comprehensive prevention and treatment service training of diabetic eye disease in various regions,but also provides reference for the implementation of diabetic eye health management in various regions.
