摘  要:为了解黑龙江省种鸡场禽白血病和网状内皮组织增殖病的流行情况,试验于2018,2019年对黑龙江省部分种鸡场(A、B、C、D场,其中A、C和D场为父母代鸡场,B场为祖代鸡场)种鸡随机采集血样,利用ELISA方法对禽白血病病毒和禽网状内皮组织增殖病病毒抗体水平进行检测,统计各场检测数和阳性数,计算个体阳性率。结果表明:禽白血病病毒A/B抗体场阳性率为75%,4家种鸡场个体阳性率为5.61%~42.31%(P<0.05);禽白血病病毒J抗体场阳性率为75%,4家种鸡场个体阳性率为0.77%~39.86%(P<0.05);禽网状内皮组织增殖病病毒抗体场阳性率为100%,4家种鸡场个体阳性率为8.32%~82.22%(P<0.05)。说明父母代鸡群普遍存在ALV和REV的感染,并且混合感染严重;祖代鸡群虽未检出ALV感染,但REV感染严重。In order to understand the prevalence of avian leukosis and reticuloendotheliosis in breeding chicken farms of Heilongjiang Province,the experiment was conducted in 2018 and 2019,blood samples were randomly collected from some breeding chicken farms in Heilongjiang Province(farms A,B,C and D,of which farms A,C and D were parental chicken farms,and farm B was ancestral chicken farms).The antibody levels of avian leukosis virus and reticuloendotheliosis virus were detected by ELISA method.The number and positive number of each farm were counted,and the individual positive rate was calculated.The results showed that the positive rate of avian leukemia A/B antibody was 75%,and the positive rate of four breeding chicken farms was 5.61%-42.31%(P<0.05).The positive rate of avian leukemia J antibody was 75%,and that of four breeding chicken farms was 0.77%-39.86%(P<0.05).The positive rate of REV antibody was 100%,and the positive rate of individual in four breeding chicken farms was 8.32%-82.22%(P<0.05).The results showed that ALV and REV infection were prevalent in parental chickens,and the mixed infection was serious.Although ALV infection was not detected in progeny chickens,REV infection was serious.
