摘  要:英文导览信息是景区服务的重要组成部分,应结合信息的重要性及游客满意度来综合评价其服务功能。以武汉东湖磨山景区为例,通过层次分析法与模糊综合评判相结合的方法,测度景区英文导览信息的客观感知度,即英文信息导览功能的实现程度。结果表明,磨山景区英文信息的导览功能实现较充分,能够满足外国游客的一般需求;各项英文信息导览功能的实现程度参差不齐;随着旅游参与层次的逐步提高,游客对所需英文信息的客观感知度逐步下降。针对各项英文信息导览功能的实现程度,应对其分别采取维护、提升和创建等措施。English guided tour information was an important part of scenic spot service.Its service functions should be comprehensive⁃ly evaluated combined with the importance of information and the tourists satisfaction.Taking Wuhan East Lake Moshan scenic spot as an example,this study measured the objective perception degree of English guided tour information in scenic spots by combining ana⁃lytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The results showed that the guided tour function of English infor⁃mation in Moshan scenic spot was fully implemented,which can meet the general needs of foreign tourists;the realization degree of the various English guided tour information functions was uneven;with the gradual increased of tourism participation level,tourists’objective perception degree of the required English information gradually decreased.According to the realization degree of the various English guided tour information functions,measures such as maintenance,promotion and creation should be taken.
