摘　　要：住宅阳台外墙容易返潮,属于普遍现象,影响使用,具有长期性、反复性、越来越严重的特点,对其整改的难度大,且不容易根治。从返潮原因、防治返潮的意识、设计方面、施工方面等提出了防治返潮的措施,为彻底防治返潮提供了有效的方法。The exterior walls of residential balconies are prone to get damp,which is a com mon phenomenon and affects their use,the characteristics are long-term,repetitive,increasingly damaging and difficult to rectify or repair.This article proposes measures to prevent and control get damp from its causes,awareness,design,construction,etc.,which provide an effective method for the complete prevention of get damp.
