摘  要:α2δ2亚基是电压门控钙离子通道(VGCC)的辅助亚单位之一,可改变VGCC结构及功能,进而影响细胞膜电位。α2δ2亚基异常与肿瘤、癫痫等疾病的发生密切相关。此外,α2δ2亚基信使RNA(mRNA)在心脏不同发育阶段也具有特异性分布,并与心脏起搏传导系统存在相关性。心肌梗死后α2δ2亚基下调可导致室性心动过速的发生率增加;心力衰竭中α2δ2亚基mRNA的表达量亦发生改变,但其具体调节机制尚不明确。因此,对α2δ2亚基生物学功能及其对心脏节律和功能的相关研究具有重要的意义。α2δ2 subunit is one of the auxiliary subunits of voltage-gated calcium channel(VGCC),which can change the structure and function of VGCC,and then affect cell membrane potential.The abnormality of α2δ2 subunit is closely related to the occurrence of tumor,epilepsy and other diseases.In addition,α2δ2 subunit messenger RNA(mRNA) also has a specific distribution in different stages of cardiac development,and is related to the cardiac pacing conduction system.The down-regulation of α2δ2 subunit after myocardial infarction can increase the incidence of ventricular tachycardia,and the expression of α2δ2 subunit mRNA in heart failure also changes,but the specific regulatory mechanism is not clear.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the biological function of α2δ2 subunit and its relationship with cardiac rhythm and function.
