摘 要:在老年骨质疏松患者中极易发生肱骨近端骨折的情况,因此术前精细的诊断工作至关重要。传统的影像学诊断主要包含CT扫描、三维重建图像以及X线等,而对于较为复杂的肱骨近端骨折,通过X线难以对骨折的程度以及移位方向进行准确判定。通过CT扫描为基础的3D打印技术则能够重建各种复杂的骨折模型,使患者的骨折情况能够立体、完整且直观的展现,进而有助于治疗方案的确立及实施。近年来,随着医疗技术的进步,微创经皮接骨治疗逐渐得到广泛应用,该技术的运用能有效降低术中对软组织及其血运情况的损伤,且能在术后进行早期的功能锻炼。因此,基于3D打印辅助的微创经皮接骨治疗技术引起了临床学者的广泛关注,未来可进行深入研究。It is very easy to have proximal humeral fracture in the elderly patients with osteoporosis.Therefore,careful preoperative diagnosis plays an important role.The traditional imaging diagnosis mainly includes CT scan,three-dimensional reconstruction image and X-ray.For the more complex proximal humeral fracture,it is difficult to accurately determine the degree of fracture and the direction of displacement by X-ray.The 3D printing technology based on CT scan can reconstruct various complex fracture models,and then enable the patients’ fracture situation to be displayed stereoscopically,completely and intuitively,which is more conducive to the establishment and implementation of the treatment plan.In recent years,with the progress of medical technology,minimally invasive percutaneous bone grafting has been widely used.The application of this technology can effectively reduce the damage of soft tissue and its blood circulation during the operation,and can carry out early functional exercise after the operation.Therefore,the minimally invasive percutaneous osteosynthesis technology based on 3D printing has attracted wide attention of the clinical scholars,and further research can be carried out in the future.
