摘　　要：心功能不全是慢性肾衰竭患者中较常见的一种并发症,同时也是慢性肾衰竭患者死亡的主要原因之一。事实上,在临床尚未出现心脏损害症状前,往往已经出现心脏结构、心功能异常。超声心动图的广泛应用为尿毒症性心脏病提供了具有量化意义的信息。实时三维超声心动图自动定量分析是超声诊断中的新技术,不但可以对心功能进行定性、定量分析,还可为瓣膜病、先天性心脏病等心脏疾病提供新的诊断依据,在各类心脏疾病的诊治及预后预测中发挥重要作用。Cardiac insufficiency is a common complication in patients with chronic renal failure,and it is also one of the main causes of death in the patients.In fact,before the clinical symptoms of heart damage appear,the heart structure and heart function are often abnormal.The wide application of echocardiography provides quantitative information for uremic heart disease.Real-time three-dimensional echocardiographic automatic quantitative analysis is a new technology in ultrasound diagnosis,which can not only perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of cardiac function,but also provide new diagnostic evidence for heart diseases such as valvular disease and congenital heart disease,playing an important role in the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis prediction of various heart diseases.
