摘  要:骨关节炎是一种以骨质增生,关节软骨破坏、变性为主要病理改变的退行性疾病,但是目前发病机制尚不明确。微小RNA-140(miR-140)在软骨细胞中选择性高表达,可参与软骨细胞的形成、增殖、分化及凋亡的调控,因此,miR-140在阻断早期骨性关节炎发展方面具有重要作用。但是,RNA-140作用机制复杂,其参与骨性关节炎软骨退行性变的分子机制目前尚不明确。本研究针对RNA-140在软骨形成、软骨稳态维持、Notch信号通路及OA早期诊断方面进展进行综述。Osteoarthritis(OA)is a degenerative diseases mainly in articular cartilage,but its pathogenesis has not been elucidated.MiR-140 is specifically expressed in cartilage.More and more evidence demonstrated that miR-140 plays important roles in the molecular mechanisms in chondrogenic differentiation,proliferation,nature as well as apoptosis.So the regulation of the differentiation of cartilage plays a crucial role in blocking development of OA.Thus,the research on the miR-140 will reviewed recent literatures in order to discuss the role of miR-140 in chondrogenesis,cartilage homeostasis and Notch signal path as well as early diagnosis the Osteoarthritis.
