摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内窥镜鼻窦手术对慢性鼻窦炎合并鼻息肉患者术中出血量及并发症的影响。方法选取2016年7月至2018年7月本院收治的慢性鼻窦炎合并鼻息肉患者70例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各35例。对照组实施传统手术,观察组实施鼻内窥镜鼻窦手术,比较两组患者手术指标及术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.765、8.911、6.684,P均=0.000);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.200,P=0.040)。结论鼻内窥镜鼻窦手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎合并鼻息肉安全性高,可减少患者术中出血,降低患者术后并发症发生率,缩短康复时间。Objective To investigate the effect of endoscopic sinus surgery on intraoperative bleeding volume and complications in patients with chronic sinusitis combined with nasal polyps.Methods 70 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps treated in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2018 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.Control group underwent conventional surgery,and observation group was given endoscopic sinus surgery.The surgical indexes and postoperative complications were compared between two groups.Results The operation time and hospital stays in observation group were shorter than those in control group,and the intraoperative bleeding volume of observation group was less than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.765,8.911,6.684,P=0.000).The incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.200,P=0.040).Conclusion Endoscopic sinus surgery treating patients with chronic sinusitis combined with nasal polyps has high safety,it can reduce intraoperative bleeding volume,decrease the incidence of postoperative complications,and shorten the time of rehabilitation.
