摘　　要：目的探索Mag式按摩子宫手法的应用对产后出血的影响。方法选取2016年4月至2018年12月于某三甲医院住院分娩的200名孕妇作为研究对象,按随机数字抽样法分为对照组与实验组,每组100名。对照组采用传统单手握宫体按摩手法,实验组采用Mag式按摩子宫手法,比较两组不同的按摩手法对产后出血的影响。结果实验组产后2 h出血量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未发生产后子宫感染及会阴伤口愈合不良情况。结论Mag式按摩子宫手法的应用能够更有效地减少产后2 h出血量及产后出血发生率,而且Mag式按摩子宫手法具有安全、有效、便利、省时等优点,满足了目前产妇对产科的期望,保证了产妇安全,降低了因产后出血引起的一系列产后并发症及死亡,为临床运用及推广提供参考。Objective To explore Mag-style massage uterine application effect on postpartum hemorrhage.Methods 200 pregnant women who delivered in grade A hospital from April 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 100 cases in each group.Control group were treated with tradition uterine massage technique work.Experimental Group were treated with Mag-style massage uterine.Compare two groups of different massage technique effect on postpartum hemorrhage.Results The amount of postpartum hemorrhage in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).No uterine infection and perineal wound healing were found in both groups.Conclusion Using Mag-style massage uterine can effective reduce the bleeding and postpartum hemorrhage rate.And Mag-style massage has the advantages of safety,effectiveness,convenience and time saving.It meets the expectations of the current maternity women,ensures the safety of the pregnant women,and reduces a series of postpartum complications and deaths caused by postpartum hemorrhage.To provide reference for clinical application and promotion.
