保妇康栓联合干扰素治疗HPV病毒感染性宫颈炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察保妇康栓联合干扰素治疗HPV病毒感染性宫颈炎的效果。方法选取2017年8月至2019年7月本院收治HPV病毒感染性宫颈炎患者120例作为研究对象,依据入院顺序分为观察组和对照组,各60例。观察组给予保妇康栓联合干扰素治疗;对照组给予单纯干扰素治疗。观察比较两组药物治疗方案的临床疗效。结果观察组患者治疗有效率(96.67%)明显高于对照组(83.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组HPV-DNA指数(56.21±0.25)明显低于对照组(62.09±0.93),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率(1.67%)明显低于对照组(6.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论保妇康栓联合干扰素治疗HPV病毒感染性宫颈炎临床效果显著,对于HPV-DNA复制具有良好抑制作用,不良反应发生率较低,可显著提升HPV病毒感染性宫颈炎药物治疗的可靠性与安全性,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of Baofukang suppository combined with interferon in the treatment of HPV infective cervicitis.Methods 120 patients with HPV infective cervicitis admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to July 2019 were selected as the study subjects.According to the order of admission,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Baofukang suppository combined with interferon,while the control group was treated with interferon alone.The clinical efficacy of drug treatment programs were observed and compared between two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group(96.67%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(83.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The HPV-DNA index(56.21±0.25)of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(62.09±0.93),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(1.67%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(6.67%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Baofukang suppository combined with interferon has good clinical effect on the treatment of HPV infective cervicitis.It has good inhibition effect on HPV-DNA replication and low incidence of adverse reactions.It can significantly improve the reliability and safety of drug treatment for HPV infective cervicitis.It is worthy of clinical application.
