跟骨牵引辅助经皮锁定钢板内固定对胫腓骨远端骨折患者足踝功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨跟骨牵引辅助经皮锁定钢板内固定对胫腓骨远端骨折患者足踝功能的改善效果。方法选取2017年3月至2018年1月本院收治的胫腓骨远端骨折患者49例,随机分为对照组(n=24)与观察组(n=25)。对照组给予常规石膏外固定治疗,观察组给予跟骨牵引辅助经皮锁定钢板内固定治疗,观察并比较两组患者疼痛程度、骨折愈合时间及足踝功能恢复情况。结果术后6、24、48 h,观察组VAS评分均低于对照组,且观察组骨折愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗6个月后,观察组足踝功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论跟骨牵引辅助经皮锁定钢板内治疗胫腓骨远端骨折患者,可改善患者足踝功能,缩短骨折愈合时间。Objective To investigate the improvement of the foot-ankle function in the fracture of the distal tibia and fibula with the bone traction-assisted percutaneous locking plate.Methods 49 patients with distal fracture of the tibia and fibula from March 2017 to January 2018 in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group(n=24)and the observation group(n=25).The control group was given conventional plaster external fixation,and the observation group was given calcaneal traction assisted with percutaneous locking plate internal fixation.The pain degree,the healing time of the fracture and the recovery of the ankle function were observed and compared between two groups.Results After 6,24,48 h,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the fracture healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the scores of ankle function in the observation group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of internal fixation with bone traction in the treatment of the fracture of the distal tibia and fibula can improve the foot and ankle function of the patient and shorten the healing time of the fracture.
