摘　　要：结合生产实际对异形玻璃纤维生产控制要点如漏板设计、漏板温度控制和冷却成型条件等进行了系统分析,研究了异形玻璃纤维增强聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯的力学性能,发现其性能优于普通玻璃纤维,并成功用于制造喷药飞机上的农喷药箱。Based on the production practice,the key points of non-circular glass fiber production control,such as the bushing design,bushing temperature control and cooling conditions for fiber-forming were analyzed systematically,and the mechanical properties of non-circular glass fiber reinforced polybutylene terephthalate were studied.It was found that the properties of the non-circular glass fiber are better than those of the ordinary glass fibers,and it has been successfully used to manufacture pesticide spraying equipment in pesticide spraying aircraft.
