工艺参数对丙纶非织造布机械性能的影响分析

摘  要:选取了冷风温度、抽吸风量2个工艺过程,分别设置不同的参数,分析其对丙纶非织造布机械性能的影响,试验发现:丙纶非织造布拉伸强力随冷风温度增加呈现上升趋势,断裂伸长率呈现下降趋势,撕裂强力随冷风温度增加而增加;丙纶非织造布拉伸强力随抽吸风量增加呈现上升趋势,断裂伸长率呈现下降趋势,撕裂强力随冷风温度增加而增加。Two processes of cold air temperature and suction air volume were selected,and different parameters were set to analyze their influence on the mechanical properties of polypropylene nonwoven fabrics.Through experiments,it was found that the tensile strength of polypropylene nonwoven fabrics showed an upward trend with the increase of cold air temperature.The elongation at break showed a downward trend,and the tear strength increased with the increase of the cold air temperature.The tensile strength of the polypropylene nonwoven fabric showed an upward trend with the increase of the suction air volume,and the elongation at break showed a downward trend,the tear strength increased with the increase of the temperature of the cold air.
