摘 要:针对超宽带传输在无线通信系统中的要求,设计了一种基于CPW馈电的高隔离度超宽带MIMO天线。天线印刷在相对介电常数4.4的FR4介质基板上,辐射单元为两个相同的正交放置的圆形贴片,采用缺陷介质基板和缺陷地结构(DGS),有效减小天线尺寸。在MIMO天线的辐射单元间添加Y形枝节,提高了天线单元间的隔离度。天线实测结果表明,在2.74~12 GHz频段内S11小于-10 dB,端口隔离度S21小于-20 dB,包络相关系数ECC均小于0.01,峰值增益为4.38 dB。A high isolation ultra-wideband multiple-input-multiple-output(MIMO)antenna with coplanar waveguide(CPW)feed was designed to fulfill the requirements of ultra-wideband transmission technology for wireless communication systems.The antenna was designed using FR4 dielectric substrate with relative permittivity of 4.4.The radiating unit is consisted of two identical circular patches which are placed orthogonally.Defective dielectric substrate and ground structure(DGS)were used to reduce the size of the antenna.The isolation was improved by adding Y-shaped branches between the radiating elements of the MIMO antenna.The experimental results show that the proposed antenna has a wide impedance bandwidth from 2.74 GHz to 12 GHz with S11<-10 dB and S21<-20 dB.The envelope correlation coefficient(ECC)is less than 0.01,and the peak gain was 4.38 dB in the operating bandwidth.
