摘  要:为了提高高频片式叠层电感器内电极银浆的印刷性能,研究了银粉形貌、树脂类型以及添加剂对内电极银浆印刷特性的影响。结果表明:当银粉Ag-1(D50为1.6μm)与Ag-3(D50为2.1μm)的质量比为3∶7,乙基纤维素树脂EC45与EC20的质量比为2∶1,氟碳表面助剂添加量为0.5%(质量分数)时,内电极银浆印刷电极图形平直,精度高,表面平整。制作的电感器在设计电感值2.5 nH时,Q值(500 MHz)为23,RDC范围为0.06~0.11Ω。In order to improve the screen printing suitability of inner electrode silver paste for high-frequency chip multilayer inductor,the effect of Ag particle morphologies,resins and additives on the screen printing performance of the silver paste were investigated.The result show that when the mass ratio of Ag-1(D50 is 1.6μm)and Ag-3(D50 is 2.1μm)is 3∶7,the Ethyl cellulose resin of EC45 and EC20 mass ratio is 2∶1,and the fluorocarbon surfactant mass fraction is 0.5%,the electrode pattern of silver paste is straightand smooth with high precision.When the design inductance value of inductor is 2.5 nH,the Q factor(500MHZ)is 23,and the RDC range is 0.06-0.11Ω.
