摘 要:通过实验的方法系统研究了某2.0T汽油发动机皮卡车型膨胀箱系统和溢流箱系统在冷却液加注及排气、发动机温升、水泵入口处压力、整车签发工况下散热器流量及发动机进出水温度的异同点,并对实验结果进行了对比。结果表明:膨胀箱系统的水泵入口处压力影响较小,且压力稳定,而溢流箱系统水泵入口处压力波动非常大且不稳定,设计时需要考虑水泵是否会产生气蚀风险;因溢流箱系统通过散热器水流量比膨胀箱要大,散热性能略好,设计膨胀箱系统时需要考虑流量的分配及采取必要的截流措施减小对散热性能的影响,但在防冻液加注及排气、暖风温升上,两种系统表现相当。The difference between engine cooling degas system and over flow system was analyzed in coolant filing and deaeration,engine coolant temperature rising,pump inlet coolant pressure and radiator coolant flow and engine coolant inlet/outlet temperature through vehicle test,and the experimental results are compared.The test result show that the biggest difference between the two system is the pump inlet pressure,the degas cooling system pump inlet pressure is very large but over flow cooling is unstable,it should taken into consider while design the overflow cooling system.The over flow system has more coolant flow rate across the radiator thus the heat reject may be greater than the de-gas cooling system.But in the coolant filling and deaeration and engine coolant temperature rising both system is acceptable.
