摘　　要：对于汽车动力系统,变速箱油的加注精度是整车厂装配生产中的重要质量控制点。分析了变速箱油加注精度的主要影响因素,并定量分析了温度对变速箱油加注精度的影响。提出了温度补偿的方法,从而提高了变速箱油加注设备对双离合器变速箱油加注精度控制的能力。For the automotive power system,the filling accuracy of the transmission oil is an important quality control point in the assembly production of the original equipment manufacturer.The main influencing factors of the transmission oil filling accuracy were analyzed,and the influence of the temperature on the transmission oil filling accuracy was quantitatively analyzed.A temperature compensation method is proposed,which improves the ability of the transmission oil filling equipment to control the accuracy of dual clutch gearbox oil filling.
