摘　　要：介绍了项目初期专用五轴加工设备尚未到位之前,在现有产品加工设备DMC-912三轴加工中心上加工齿模的工艺攻关过程。分析了从工艺设计模拟、程序参数、刀具选用、现场控制等生产加工全过程。结果表明:钢齿环精密成形实现批量生产能力,减少采购成本。The process of processing gear die on DMC-912 three axis machining center was mainly introduced before the special five axis machining equipment is in place at the initial stage of the project.The whole process of production and processing from process design simulation,program parameters,tool selection and field control was analyzed.The result show that precision forming of steel gear ring is to realize batch production capacity and reduce the company’s purchase cost.
