摘  要:某小卡后桥桥壳总成在进行桥壳实验时,发现疲劳寿命接近80万次时,三角片焊缝处和后油盖缺口圆角处出现开裂,三角片裂纹一直延伸到桥包附件的大圆角过渡区域,缺口处裂纹一直延伸到整个后油盖。通过CAE分析和设计改进,对桥壳三角片和缺口的尺寸进行了相关优化,优化后的三角片处的应力下降了26.1%,缺口圆角应力下降了7.9%,桥壳的整体刚性也提升了12.9%,桥壳疲劳寿命明显提高。The cracks in triangle plate and the fillet near the cover were found in the housing ASM.fatigue experiments when life is close to 800000 times,the cracks of triangle plate extend to the large radius transition region of the housing ASM,the cracks in the fillet extend to the whole axle cover.The size of triangle plate and fillet were optimized through CAE analysis and design optimization.The stress of triangle plate decreased by 26.1%,the fillet radius stress decreased by 7.9%also the overall rigidity of the housing ASM increased by 12.9%after the optimizing,frame fatigue experimental longevity would be improved greatly.
