摘　　要：锁销式同步器因可靠性高、结构简单及加工成本低等优点被广泛地应用于中型、重型变速器中。介绍锁销式同步器结构及工作原理,对其常见失效模式进行总结并给出对应的解决措施,对每种失效模式配有实物照片,为相关技术人员提供参考。Lock-pin synchronizer was widely used in medium-and heavy-duty transmissions because of their high reliability,simple structure,and low processing cost.The structure and working principle of lock-pin synchronizermainly were introducedits common failure modes were summarized and corresponding solutions were given.Each kind of failure mode was equipped with physical photos to provide experience reference for engineers.
