摘　　要：湖南省与法国的竞争情报合作源远流长。2007年,法国竞争情报发展协会(AFDIE)主席菲利普·克莱尔(Philippe Clerc)先生来湖南省作报告,由此拉开了湖南省与法国的国际(区域)产业竞争情报合作的序幕。本文回顾了近十年来湖南省与法国竞争情报"走出去,请进来"的发展思路和交流过程,并总结了湖南省与法国竞争情报交流的经验体会。Hunan Province and France have a long history of competitive intelligence cooperation.In 2007,Mr.Philippe Clerc,chairman of AFDIE,came to Hunan Province to make a report,which opened the prelude to the cooperation of International(regional)industrial competitive intelligence between Hunan Province and France.This paper reviews the development and summarizes the experience of the"Going-out and Bringing-in"strategy on competitive intelligence between Hunan Province and France in the past decade.
