经颅多普勒超声在脑血管疾病诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨经颅多普勒超声在脑血管疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2015年10月至2019年10月医院收治的58例脑血管疾病患者作为研究对象,所有患者均行经颅多普勒超声检查,根据不同疾病类型分析图像,并将数字减影血管造影技术(DSA)的检查结果作为金标准,评估经颅多普勒超声的诊断准确性。结果以DSA诊断为金标准,经颅多普勒超声检查脑动静脉畸形、颅内动脉瘤、颈动脉海绵窦瘘、烟雾病、硬脑膜动静脉瘘的符合率分别为81.82%、96.30%、90.91%、100.00%、100.00%,总符合率为93.10%。结论采用经颅多普勒超声诊断脑血管疾病的效果显著,可为脑血管疾病的预防和后期治疗提供可靠的参考依据。Objective To explore the application value of Transcranial Doppler in diagnosing cerebrovascular diseases.Methods A total of 58 patients with cerebrovascular disease admitted to the hospital from October 2015 to October 2019 were enrolled in this study.All patients were examined with Transcranial Doppler.The images were analyzed according to different disease types.By taking the examination results of digital subtraction angiography(DSA)as the gold standard,the diagnostic accuracy of Transcranial Doppler were evaluated.Results Taking the examination results as the gold standard,the coincidence rates of Transcranial Doppler in diagnosing cerebral arteriovenous malformation,intracranial aneurysm,carotid-cavernous sinus fistula,moyamoya and dural arteriovenous fistula were 81.82%,96.30%,90.91%,100.00%,100.00%seperately and the total diagnostic coincidence rate was 93.10%.Conclusion The effectiveness of Transcranial Doppler in diagnosing cerebrovascular diseases was significant and this could provide reliable references for preventing cerebrovascular diseases and diagnosing them in future.
