四肢骨关节骨折经可吸收螺钉治疗后的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨四肢骨关节骨折经可吸收螺钉治疗后的临床疗效。方法选择2017年5月—2018年11月就诊于本院的88例四肢骨关节骨折患者,按随机数字表法分为2组,各44例。研究组行可吸收螺钉治疗,对照组行传统金属螺钉固定。比较2组临床疗效、骨折愈合时间、2次手术率、术后并发症发生情况。结果研究组治疗优良率为95.45%(42/44),高于对照组的70.45%(31/44),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=9.724,P=0.002);研究组术后骨折愈合时间为(4.48±1.35)月,短于对照组的(8.32±2.09)月,差异有统计学意义(t=10.237,P=0.000);研究组2次手术率和并发症总发生率较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经可吸收螺钉治疗四肢骨关节骨折可有效改善关节活动度,减轻疼痛,缩短骨折愈合时间,减少2次手术率,降低并发症发生率。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of absorbable screws in the treatment of bone and joint frac-tures of extremities.Methods From May 2017 to November 2018,88 patients with bone and joint fractures of extremitieswere randomly divided into a control group and a trial group(44 cases each).The trial group was treated with absorbablescrews,while the control group was fixed with traditional metal screws.The clinical efficacy,fracture healing time,theproportion of two operations and postoperative complications were investigate and compared between two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of treatment in the trial group was 95.45%(42/44),which was higher than that in the controlgroup(70.45%,31/44,χ^2=9.724,P=0.002).The postoperative fracture healing time in the study group was(4.48±1.35)months,which was significantly shorter than that in the control group[(8.32±2.09)months](t=10.237,P=0.000).The rate oftwo operations and the total incidence of complications in the trial group were significantly lower than those in the controlgroup(P<0.05).Conclusion The absorbable screws can effectively improve the joint motion,reduce pain,shorten thefracture healing time,reduce the proportion of two operations,and reduce the incidence of complications in the treatment ofbone and joint fractures of extremities.
