摘　　要：孕妇妊娠期发生亚临床甲状腺功能减退症通常容易被忽视,因为该疾病发病隐匿,没有明显的临床症状,但严重威胁母婴安全,主要表现在对母体自身甲状腺功能及妊娠结局的影响,以及对后代智力和精神运动发育的影响。本文阐述了近几年妊娠期亚临床甲状腺功能减退症的患病情况、对孕妇自身和子代的危害,以及目前定论的研究进展、亟待解决的问题,对预防妊娠期亚临床甲状腺功能减退症的发生及卫生决策具有重要的公共卫生学意义。Subclinical hypothyroidism in pregnant women during pregnancy is usually easy to be ignored, because itis occult and has no obvious clinical symptoms, however, it is a serious threat to the maternal and child safety, mainly mani-fested in the impact on maternal thyroid function and pregnancy outcome, as well as the influence on the offspring intelli-gence and neural development. This paper describes the prevalence of subclinical hypothyroidism in pregnancy in recentyears, its harm to pregnant women and their offspring, as well as the current research progress and problems to be solved,which has important public health significance for the prevention of subclinical hypothyroidism in pregnancy and healthdecision-making.
