摘 要:本文采用无水乙醇和三氯甲烷萃取法对洗洁精总活性物含量进行测定,并从精密度和准确度对两种方法进行对比分析.其结果表明无水乙醇萃取法更省时、准确度更高且无污染;三氯甲烷萃取法虽然精确度高但萃取剂对环境存在污染且会损害人体健康。因此在洗洁精中总活性物含量检测中,采用无水乙醇萃取法更好.In this paper,anhydrous ethanol and trichloromethane extraction method were used to determine the total active substance content of detergent,and the two methods were compared and analyzed from the precision and accuracy.The results show that anhydrous ethanol extraction method is more time-saving,accurate and pollution-free.Although the extraction method of trichloromethane has high accuracy,the extractant has pollution to the environment and can harm human health.Therefore,it is better to use anhydrous ethanol extraction method in the detection of total active substances in detergent.
