基于工匠精神的大学生职业信仰现状与培育路径

摘　　要：高职大学生职业价值观及职业走向的调研结果显示了大学生树立科学的职业信仰的现实必要。大学生职业信仰的认知与践行之间、外部环境与信仰认知之间、社会实践观与学校信仰教育方式之间都存在差异。大学生职业信仰的培育需要直面高等教育实践中存在的问题。对工匠精神的理性探索提示了高职大学生职业信仰的培育要遵循人的实践本性,基于此,在“课程思政”视域下形成信仰感知教育(心理认同)、信仰内化教育(文化渗透)和信仰践行教育(专业渗透)“三位一体”的信仰教育模式,促成大学生职业信仰的自然树立。The survey results of vocational college students'career values and trends show the practical ne⁃cessity for college students to establish scientific professional beliefs.There are differences between college stu⁃dents'cognition and practice,external environment and cognition of belief,social practice view and education method about belief in school.The cultivation of college students'professional belief needs to face the problems existing in the practice of higher education.The rational exploration of the artisan spirit suggests that the profes⁃sional belief cultivation of higher vocational college students needs to follow human's practice nature.Based on this and from the perspective of ideological and political education,the"Trinity"education model is formed:awareness education(psychological identity),belief internalization education(cultural penetration),and belief practice education(professional penetration),establishing the student's professional belief in a natural way.
