摘  要:运用化学分析、岩矿鉴定、重砂鉴定、电子探针和扫描电子显微镜等手段,对该矿的物质组成、工艺矿物学特征和钨元素的赋存形式进行了研究。研究表明:钨主要赋存于白钨矿中;脉石矿物中大量的含钙矿物与白钨矿嵌布关系密切;白钨矿粒度在0.1~3mm,属中偏细粒级;白钨矿的解离度较好,在0.15~0.25mm粒级中白钨矿单体解离度可达78.64%。而0.045~0.076mm粒级中单体解离度达99.50%。根据研究结果,结合当地缺水和环境较脆弱的特点,为该矿制定了废水可以循环利用且对环境影响极小的重磁联合选矿工艺流程,取得了白钨精矿产率0.29%,WO3品位为70.20%,WO3回收率为74.82%的选矿试验指标,可为同类矿床的开发利用提供可借鉴的依据。By means of chemical analysis,rock ore identification,heavy sand identification,electron probe and scanning electron microscope,the material composition,process mineralogy characteristics and tungsten’s occurrence state in the mine are studied.The results show that tungsten mainly occurs in scheelite.A large number of calcium minerals in gangue minerals are closely related to scheelite.Scheelite grain size is 0.1—3 mm,which belongs to medium to fine grain size.The dissociation degree of scheelite is good.The dissociation degree of scheelite monomer can reach 78.64%in the granule size between 0.15 mm and 0.25 mm,and it is 99.50%in the granule size between 0.045 mm and 0.076 mm.According to the results of the study,the characteristics of water shortage and fragile environment in local,the integrated process of gravity and magnetic separation are developed for the mine,in which the waste water can be recycled with minimal impact on the environment.The ore dressing test index is good.The scheelite concentrate yield is 0.29%,WO3 grade is 70.20%,WO3 recovery is 74.82%.This study can provide reference for the development and utilization of similar mine.
