摘  要:近三十年来,大型化是浮选机的主要发展方向之一。为了保证大型浮选机的选矿效率,提高设备的稳定性和可靠性,提出了浮选机主轴扭矩无线检测、沉槽检测、充气速率自动测量和泡沫状态特征检测等4项关键技术。这4项先进检测技术在江西铜业集团某选厂的大型浮选机上获得了成功应用,不仅有效的提高了矿物回收率,而且极大降低了工人的劳动强度,同时提高了设备的可靠性和安全性。In the past 30 years,large-scale is one of the main development directions of flotation cell.In order to ensure the beneficiation efficiency of the large-scale flotation cell and improve the stability and reliability of the equipment,four key technologies were proposed,including wireless detection of main shaft torque,sedimentation tank detection,automatic measurement of aeration rate and detection of foam state characteristics.These four advanced detection technologies have been successfully applied in a plant of Jiangxi Copper Corporation,which not only improves the mineral recovery effectively,but also greatly reduces the labor intensity of the workers,while improving the reliability and safety of the equipment.
