摘　　要：科技领域“放管服”改革是全面深化科技管理体制改革的重要组成部分。在全面深化科技领域“放管服”改革背景下,湖北科技管理部门积极探索科技体制改革和模式创新,取得了积极成效。分析科技领域“放管服”改革的内涵,梳理了国内科技领域“放管服”改革现状,探讨了在科技领域“放管服”改革背景下,湖北科技管理部门采取的一系列改革措施。The reform of"Fang Guan Fu"about the science&technology field is an important part of deepening the reform of science&technology management system in an all-round way.Under the background of deepening the reform of"Fang Guan Fu"in the field of science&technology,the science&technology administrative department in Hubei has actively explored the reform of science&technology system and mode innovation,and has made certain achievements.This paper analyses the connotation of the reform of"Fang Guan Fu"in the field of science&technology,summarizes the current situation of the reform of"Fang Guan Fu"in the field of science&technology in China,and analyses the measures adopted by the scientific&technological management departments under the background of the reform of"Fang Guan Fu"in the field of science&technology.
