摘　　要：空斗墙结构房屋是我国南方地区具有地方特色的传统民居,在历次地震中,房屋倒塌现象严重,造成了巨大的经济损失。为了改善空斗墙的抗震性能,减少房屋倒塌事故,采用高延性纤维增强水泥基复合材料(ECC)对其进行加固。该研究设计了三种加固措施,分别为十字式、边框式和一面边框式一面抹面式,通过墙体拟静力试验对其加固效果进行研究,分析了不同措施试对滞回曲线、骨架曲线和刚度退化曲线的影响。试验结果表明:采用ECC加固后的空斗墙体初始刚度、承载力、变性能力和耗能能力均有显著提高,有效改善空斗墙体的抗震性能;ECC对空斗墙具有良好的约束能力,能够改善墙体脆性破坏模式。ECC加固经过砌体加固工程实践的论证,证明该方法施工简便,可节约造价约30%,具有良好的推广应用价值。The cavity-wall houses are traditional houses in southern China.In the past earthquakes,the collapse of houses was serious,causing huge economic loss.In order to improve the seismic performance and collapse resistance of cavity-wall,high ductile fiber reinforced engineered cementitious composite(ECC)material were used to reinforce them.Three kinds of reinforcement measures were designed,namely,the cross type,frame type and frame plastering type.The reinforcement effect was studied through pseudo-static tests of the wall,and the effects of different measures on the hysteresis curve,skeleton curve and stiffness degradation curve were analyzed.The test results show that the initial stiffness,bearing capacity,degeneration ability and energy consumption capacity of the cavity-wall reinforced with ECC are significantly improved,which effectively improves the seismic performance of the cavity-wall.ECC has a good ability to restrain the cavity-wall and improve the brittle failure mode of the wall.ECC reinforcement effect was further proved by the practice in masonry reinforcement engineering.The method is simple in construction,can save about 30%of the cost,and has good promotion and application value.
