摘 要:为了研究大型同步发电机内部的流动特点,运用计算流体力学软件Fluent对大型发电机全三维的内部流场数值模拟分析。计算采用了SIMPLE算法和RNG k-ε湍流模型,并对电机内部数值模拟的结果进行了分析,重点研究了各支路部分的流量分配特点。同时,数值模拟结果有助于了解大型发电机内部流动规律,可为大型发电机各支路冷却通道流量分配的合理性提供理论依据。In order to study the internal flow characteristics of large synchronous generators,the computational fluid dynamics software Fluent is used to numerically simulate and analyze the full three-dimensional internal flow field of large generators.The calculation uses the SIMPLE algorithm and the RNG k-εturbulence model,and analyzes the results of the internal numerical simulation of the motor,focusing on the flow distribution characteristics of each branch.At the same time,the numerical simulation results are helpful to understand the internal flow laws of large generators,and can provide a theoretical basis for the rationality of the flow distribution of the cooling channels of the large generators.
