吸盘式可冲洗负压引流护创器配合六神祛腐汤治疗慢性骨髓炎疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察吸盘式可冲洗负压引流护创器(VSD)配合六神祛腐汤治疗慢性骨髓炎的疗效。方法:84例随机分为对照组40例与观察组44例。两组均用吸盘式可冲洗VSD治疗,观察组加用六神祛腐汤。结果:总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05),CRP、ESR、NF-κB水平观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:吸盘式可冲洗VSD配合六神祛腐汤治疗慢性骨髓炎疗效较好。Objective:To observe the effect of suction cup flushable negative pressure drainage wound protector(VSD)combined with Liushen Qufu Decoction in the treatment of chronic osteomyelitis.Method:84 cases were randomly divided into a control group of 40 cases and an observation group of 44 cases.Both groups were treated with suction cup washable VSD,and the observation group were treated with Liushen Qufu Decoction in addition.Result:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The level of CRP,ESR,and NF-κB in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Suction cup flushable VSD combined with Liushen Qufu Decoction has a better effect on chronic osteomyelitis.
