放血拔罐结合凉血活血汤治疗玫瑰痤疮临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察放血拔罐结合凉血活血汤治疗玫瑰痤疮的临床疗效。方法:50例随机分成对照组20例和治疗组30例,对照组口服盐酸米诺环素胶囊治疗,治疗组用放血拔罐及凉血活血汤治疗。结果:治疗组治疗2个疗程后及停药3个月后总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:放血拔罐结合凉血活血汤治疗玫瑰痤疮疗效较好。Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of bloodletting and cupping combined with Cooling and Activating Blood Decoction in the treatment of acne rosacea.Method:50 cases were randomly divided into a control group of 20 cases and a treatment group of 30 cases.The control group were treated with minocycline hydrochloride capsules orally while the treatment group were treated with bloodletting cupping and Cooling and Activating Blood Decoction.Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group after 2 courses of treatment and 3 months after drug withdrawal(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of bloodletting and cupping combined with Cooling and Activating Blood Decoction has a better effect on acne rosacea.
