摘  要:为了保证配电网的供电可靠性、安全性和经济性,针对电压时间型馈线自动化终端误合闸的主要原因,提出一种防止联络开关误合闸的判别方法。在不增加现有自动化开关硬件配置的前提下,研究联络开关在因不同原因引起误合闸时相关电气量的特征差异,并以此总结提炼出一种可靠的判定联络开关误合闸的逻辑,为电压时间型馈线自动化自愈功能的大范围推广应用提供了技术保障和风险控制手段。In order to ensure the power supply reliability,safety and economy of distribution network,aiming at the main causes of voltage time type feeder automation terminal’s wrong closing,a method to prevent the contact switch from closing wrongly is proposed.On the premise of not increasing the existing automatic switch hardware configuration,this paper studies the characteristic differences of related electrical quantities when the interconnection switch is mistakenly closed due to different reasons,and summarizes and refines a reliable logic for judging the wrong closing of the interconnection switch,which provides technical guarantee and risk control means for the wide range promotion and application of voltage time type feeder automatic self-healing function.
